Privacy and your care
Your account, appointments, family profiles, and released clinical documents are available only through authorized account access. Clinics manage their own patient records and staff permissions.
What appears publicly
Only approved professional and clinic listings and published reviews appear in the directory. Verification evidence is private. The waiting-room screen shows queue tokens and public practice information without patient names.
Clinical records and release
A patient connection requires clinic identity verification. The treating doctor explicitly releases a finalized document before it appears in the patient portal. Linking a record alone does not release clinical information.
Account controls
You can update your profile and revoke account sessions. The application uses secure session cookies; it does not store medical records or account tokens in browser local storage. Contact your clinic for record correction or access requests.
Operator information
The deploying operator must supply its legal identity, contact channel, retention policy, consent process and applicable legal notices before public launch. This local installation has no configured advertising or analytics services.
